RPL is a method which allows recognition for what you have already learned from other courses, work experience, life experience and any training previously undertaken. The Academy checks it against the learning outcomes in the modules / course. If what you have learned previously is relevant to the module / course, you may be given credit for those parts of the course.

This is the Recognition of Prior Learning module outlines. You will be able to select your module and upload your comments and suporting evidence.

You should apply for RPL in any module(s), if you think that your prior learning and or experience mean you can provide evidence to show that you are already competent.

In the introduction of each module you'll find (and be able to download) RPL instructions and the full RPL kit if you want to undertake RPL in the written (rather than electronic) format.

Scroll down the page and click the unit name to complete your RPL for that unit.Important

IMPORTANT: Evidence you upload must show the name of the institution that issued the documentations, your name and date of completion. If a transcript is a two page document make sure the page with your name is uploaded as well.
